Agreement outlining game server rental between the "CUSTOMER" and SCALEBLADE LTD trading as PLAYERTICK
General
Use common sense. If you're doing something that you think might get you into trouble please stop as it probably will.
We withhold the right to terminate and cancel any service, at any time with or without refund(s).
Please do not use your game server for anything outside of its realm of intended use (ie using your minecraft server as your own personal google drive).
We withhold the right to update our terms of service at any point without notification.
You must be over the age of 13 to have a PlayerTick account or service. If you are under 18 but over 13 then you have the consent of a parent or guardian to open an account and use PlayerTick services.
Fair Usage
Your services are not explicitly limited by resources, bandwidth or player slots, however we do hold some "acceptable limits" for your service.
Disk usage up to 100GB is acceptable. You must have permission from the creator to be able to host and use this content (ie no pirated/nulled movies, resources or plugins).
Each client may only store a limited number of backups of each service, any additional backups must be downloaded and stored elsewhere. PlayerTick is not responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of any additional backups outside of the panel.
If you are consistently using excessive bandwidth we may reach out to warn you of this. If you do not reduce your bandwidth usage we may look to suspend, restrict or terminate your service.
Support Services
Our support staff will attempt to guide and support you with the setup of your services where possible.
PlayerTick is not responsible for the configuration and setup of your plugins, maps or worlds. We will attempt to help where possible but can not guarantee results.
Do not use abuse language towards or threaten our support team, your account will be blocklisted and future support tickets closed.
Account Security
You are responsible for ensuring your account is secure with a strong password and details are not shared with anyone.
You can add friends to your servers to let them manage and edit files and plugins. Please only add people you trust!
Your service is registered to your account. If your server is found to be in violation of the terms of service we will assume you responsible not any additional sub-users added to the account.
You are forbidden to attempt (or abuse an exploit) to access any infrastructure or hardware that you have not been given explicit access to as part of the server package.
Payments & Refunds
We offer a 7 day money-back promise. We have the right to refuse this refund if you are found to be in (or previously have) violated any of the points raised within this terms of service.
Only your first month payment is applicable for the 7 day money-back promise, renewal payments are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be made via our support tickets.
Charge-backs will result in account termination, if you are having issues with payment please reach out and we will try our best to help.
Services are terminated 7 days after their expiry date for non-payment, all files and server data is irreversibly deleted.
A service will only be activated once a payment is confirmed and received.
Reoccuring subscriptions are setup for all services and are due on the anniversary of your service start date (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually depending on purchase preferences).
7 Day money-back promise
Policy only applicable to first month payment, not renewal payments.
Only applicable once per product per person (ie once for Minecraft, once for Rust per person).
PlayerTick maintains the right to refuse a refund if you are found to be in violation of the TOS.
Opening a dispute with the payment processor will immediately void this refund promise.
Overpayments and Cancellations
We will work with you to resolve any duplicate or overpayments.
If you wish to cancel your service you must mark it as cancelled prior to the renewal date in the customer portal. If you have issues with completing this please reach out to our support team to help process your cancellation prior to renewal.
